Court Verdict: Nancy Ajram’s Husband Rightfully Acquitted

Watan – In a landmark legal resolution from Lebanon, the judiciary has pronounced its conclusive judgment pertaining to Dr. Fadi Al-Hashem, the distinguished spouse of the Lebanese vocalist, Nancy Ajram. Dr. Al-Hashem had been at the epicenter of a legal tempest subsequent to the fatal incident involving a Syrian national three years ago.
As elucidated by the official Lebanese periodical, “Al-Nahar,” the Criminal Court of Cassation has endorsed the preliminary decision of the Mount Lebanon indictment authority, which had exonerated Dr. Al-Hashem from the allegations.

Dr. Al-Hashem presented a defense anchored in the claim that the Syrian individual had intruded into his residence with malicious intent, prompting him to take necessary actions to protect his family. In contrast, the relatives of the late Mohammed Al-Mousa offered a differing narrative, suggesting that Al-Mousa maintained professional ties with the Ajram family and was allegedly awaiting due payments.

Reflecting on the judiciary’s determinative stance, the legal counsel representing Dr. Al-Hashem underscored the court’s recognition of the prevailing exigencies that justified his client’s actions.
