Shocking Leak: Details of Israeli Soldier Involved in Yahya Sinwar’s Assassination
Palestinian Resistance Unveils Sensitive Information, Sparking Alarm Across Israel
Watan-The controversy in Israeli circles has escalated after a group of Palestinian youths from within the occupied territories published sensitive details about an Israeli soldier named Yitzhak Cohen, one of the participants in the assassination of Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar. The widely circulated video on social media revealed precise information about the soldier’s identity, movements, and family photos, causing widespread panic in Israel.
The Palestinian youths successfully obtained the soldier’s data and even called him on the phone, ending the call with a cryptic phrase: “It’s not a matter of if, but when,” indicating a potential future attack. The video was signed by “Sons of Abu Ibrahim,” sparking speculation about the group behind this unprecedented operation.
Yahya Sinwar, killed on October 17, was considered the mastermind behind Operation “Al-Aqsa Flood,” carried out by the Palestinian resistance on October 7, 2024. According to Israeli sources, Sinwar clashed with occupation forces in the Tel Al-Sultan area of Rafah in southern Gaza, where he was killed alongside a Hamas field commander while wearing a military vest.
Leaking information about Cohen and directly threatening him marks an unprecedented development, as Israeli soldiers have never been psychologically targeted in this way. The incident sparked widespread reactions among Palestinian activists, who viewed it as a strong deterrent message to the occupation forces, particularly those involved in crimes against Palestinians.
Meanwhile, Israel faces heightened concerns following the leak, amid fears that the resistance has developed an intelligence network deep inside Israel. These developments coincide with escalating resistance operations in the West Bank and Gaza, further increasing security tensions in the region.
Israel has maintained official silence regarding these leaks, but Israeli military sources confirmed that the matter is being taken very seriously, with efforts underway to enhance security for those involved in Sinwar’s assassination, fearing future targeting.
