Katz Threatens Gaza with More Mass Killings: “The Worst is Yet to Come”

Israeli Minister Yisrael Katz warns of intensified attacks as Netanyahu declares the war is "just beginning," sparking global outrage and protests.

Watan-Israeli Security Minister Yisrael Katz issued a chilling warning to Palestinians in Gaza on Wednesday evening, vowing more destruction and stating that “the worst is yet to come.”

Since Tuesday morning, Israel has dramatically intensified its airstrikes, conducting widespread attacks targeting civilians. According to Gaza’s Health Ministry, these escalated bombings have resulted in at least 436 Palestinian deaths and over 678 injuries as of Wednesday.

Katz: “This is Your Last Warning”

In a televised speech broadcast by Israeli media, including the official Kan Public Broadcaster, Katz directly threatened Gaza’s residents:”People of Gaza, this is your last warning.”

He continued:”The air force strikes against Hamas fighters were just the first step—what’s coming will be much worse, and you will pay the full price.”

Katz also indicated that mass evacuations of Palestinians from combat zones would resume soon.

Netanyahu: “The War is Just Beginning”

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu echoed similar threats, declaring that the Israeli military’s latest strikes on Gaza were “just the beginning.”

Claiming that Hamas rejected all proposals, Netanyahu stated:”From this moment, negotiations will take place under fire.”

He added:”For weeks, we have pursued one goal: bringing back our hostages. We extended the ceasefire for weeks, sent delegations, made offers through mediators, and even agreed to the proposal by U.S. envoy Steve Wietkov.”

Justifying Israel’s renewed military aggression, Netanyahu asserted that “military pressure is essential” to secure the return of Israeli captives. He vowed:”We will continue fighting until we achieve all of our war objectives. Gaza will no longer pose a threat to Israel.”

International Condemnation and Global Protests

The renewed war on Gaza has sparked widespread Arab and international condemnation, with calls for an immediate return to the ceasefire and an end to Israel’s devastating bombing campaign.

Many critics have described Israel’s actions as the largest violation yet of the fragile ceasefire agreement brokered in January by Qatar, Egypt, and the United States.

Simultaneously, mass protests erupted in multiple cities worldwide, denouncing Israel’s resumption of mass killings in Gaza. Demonstrators demanded an end to the war and urged governments to halt arms supplies to Israel.
