Watan-Sources from Gaza and several European countries have revealed that foreign organizations and entities are helping residents of the besieged Gaza Strip to leave and settle in several European and Western countries. This initiative has raised concerns among many, with fears of implementing plans to forcibly displace Palestinians from their land as part of Donald Trump’s projects and plans in several capitals.According to sources, dozens of families from Gaza have left the besieged Strip in recent weeks for various destinations.
The programs facilitating family departures are labeled under various terms, such as humanitarian asylum, family reunification, and others aimed at gradually evacuating Gaza’s residents, suggesting that Gazans can live away from their land. According to gathered information, initial destinations for displaced families from Gaza include several Arab countries, though the exact number of families received has not been clarified. In addition, some groups have left for the Balkans and certain European countries. Bosnia has emerged as one of the destinations, where a group of families, supported by these migration programs, has arrived.
According to some sources, coordination takes place through Western embassies and consulates in occupied Jerusalem and Tel Aviv. Contact is made directly with the families or through intermediaries operating in the besieged Strip.

The Displacement Strategy and Gaza’s Future
Questions have been raised regarding how families are able to leave the besieged Gaza Strip while the crossings remain tightly shut to aid convoys stationed at the border with Egypt. One source pointed out the absurdity of not allowing even a can of baby milk to enter the Strip, while at the same time, families are allowed to leave in groups or individually for various destinations. Recently, some families have contacted destination countries, though many have remained silent about their true destinations.
Some sources believe that this operation aims to make the displacement projects a reality while suggesting that living outside Gaza is a viable option. Various groups of Gaza residents have been targeted by these migration operations.
Recently, the Israeli Security Cabinet (“Cabinet”) approved a proposal by Defense Minister Yoav Gallant to establish a special directorate responsible for the displacement of Palestinians from Gaza, a move that was approved several weeks ago.
The Times published a report by its New York correspondent, Josie Insur, stating that the idea of turning Gaza into the “Riviera of the Middle East” appears to have originated from a report prepared by an American-Israeli academic.
She mentioned that U.S. President Donald Trump presented a plan for Gaza during Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s visit to Washington. The plan, which Netanyahu himself would not dare propose, called for the mass deportation of Gaza’s residents and for the U.S. to take control of the area, building what he described as “the most beautiful real estate development project in the world.”
Trump’s Gaza Plan and U.S.-Israel Talks
While U.S. officials tried for days to backtrack on some of Trump’s statements, the president stuck to his position, asserting that it was a real estate project for the future.
While many rejected Trump’s comments as reckless, The Times learned that Trump’s campaign team had received a similar reconstruction plan for Gaza from an economics professor at George Washington University months ago. It appears that Trump and his allies may have drawn inspiration from several points in the plan, suggesting that, rather than using deception and threats, the Republicans might be working based on a very well-studied plan.
Recently, the Hebrew Broadcasting Corporation revealed that the U.S. and Israel are in talks to establish a fund to finance the plan to displace Palestinians from Gaza.
It claimed that the U.S. administration and Tel Aviv “are currently negotiating an agreement to accept Gaza’s residents wishing to migrate, as well as discussing ways to finance the displacement project.”
The report stated that the budget for the project would be estimated in the billions of dollars, adding that “discussions are also underway with Arab countries to reach an agreement on this matter.”
However, the Hebrew station did not specify any countries that have agreed to accept the displaced Palestinians so far, nor did it mention any countries willing to fund such a project amid international rejection of forced displacement.
