Israeli Prisoner Baron Barslavsky Holds Netanyahu Responsible for His Life in Gaza

In a powerful video message, Israeli soldier Baron Barslavsky, captured by the Al-Qassam Brigades, addresses Netanyahu, warning that military pressure will not secure his release.

Watan-Israeli prisoner Baron Barslavsky, held by the Al-Qassam Brigades (the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement) in Gaza, held Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu responsible for his life.

In a video released by the Al-Qassam Brigades via their Telegram account on Wednesday, the Israeli prisoner addressed Netanyahu, stating that the military pressure exerted on the Gaza Strip would not achieve anything for him.

The prisoner, in the video, said: “I am Baron Barslavsky, a soldier in the Israeli army, 21 years old, from Jerusalem, and I am a prisoner held by the Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement.”

He added, addressing Netanyahu: “You will achieve nothing from military pressure, no prisoner has ever returned through military pressure, and my blood is on your hands.”

He continued: “Military pressure will not bring you anything; there is no chance in this world for you to get me out of here using military pressure, not even if you turn the world upside down, you won’t bring me back through a military operation.”
