Watan-A video of a Palestinian girl has surfaced, revealing her frail body as a result of the starvation policy implemented by the occupying army in Gaza since the beginning of the ongoing war on the territory.
The Palestinian girl, who made a poignant appearance, had survived an Israeli massacre, one of the hundreds committed by the occupation for the second consecutive month.

As she sat amidst the rubble of her home, the girl expressed her fear of the sound of missiles launched by the occupying army, much like all the children in Gaza.
An Palestinian Girl’s Wish in Times of Israeli War
The Palestinian girl added that she wishes for the war to end and for the Jews to disappear, saying, “Enough, half of the people are gone… It’s a shame on them. On Judgment Day, they will suffer.”
She mentioned that their home was turned into rubble by the occupation, explaining that she was asleep in her room during the Israeli shelling.
The Palestinian girl clarified that she had wished for death during the Israeli airstrike instead of the displacement she is currently experiencing with her family.
She informed that she is currently staying in one of the schools that shelters displaced people, but she resides with a large number of displaced individuals in difficult conditions.
Widespread Violations Against Children in Gaza
The cost of the Israeli war on the Gaza Strip has been particularly painful for Palestinian children, leading to the death of over 4,000 children, with reports of more than 1,700 children missing under the rubble.
The UNICEF organization has documented the tragic situation of Gaza’s children, stating that violations against them include killings, mutilations, attacks on schools and hospitals, and hindrance of aid.
The organization highlighted that there is no safe place for the approximately one million children in the Gaza Strip. It also emphasized that children’s health services are on the brink of collapse amidst the Israeli war across the region.
UNICEF pointed out the near-complete collapse of medical services and healthcare throughout the Gaza Strip, especially in the northern areas, posing a threat to the lives of every child.
