Palestinian bids farewell to his martyred child due to the Israeli occupation's shelling in Gaza

Watan-A Palestinian father bids farewell to his child with tears of sorrow and sadness, mourning his loss after he became a martyr in the ongoing Israeli occupation’s shelling in Gaza on the 44th day of the continuous conflict.

In a video circulating on social media, the Palestinian father is seen tearfully saying goodbye to his martyred child, who was killed in the relentless Israeli bombardment of the region. He expresses gratitude, saying, ‘Alhamdulillah… Alhamdulillah… My beloved, my dear, be an intercessor on the Day of Judgment, my dear.’

Be an intercessor on the Day of Judgment, my dear

May Allah have mercy on you, my dear. Alhamdulillah… Alhamdulillah, the Lord of all worlds. No one should cry; “these are martyrs, thanks be to Allah. May Allah have mercy on you, my dear. May Allah have mercy on you, my dear, and may we join you, God willing.”

More than 5,000 Palestinian children have been martyred during the Israeli occupation’s genocidal war and ethnic cleansing against civilians since the beginning of its declared war on Gaza on October 7th. This devastating toll reflects the severe impact on the civilian population in the ongoing war.

Massacres by the Israeli Occupation Against Civilians in Gaza

The Israeli occupation has perpetrated more than 1,180 massacres against civilians in various locations across the Gaza Strip. The most recent atrocity involved the targeting of displaced individuals in several schools in northern Gaza, resulting in the tragic loss of over 300 Palestinian lives, the majority of whom were children, women, and the elderly.

According to statistics released by the Gaza government’s media office, the number of martyrs during the ongoing Israeli war on Gaza has exceeded 12,000 Palestinian lives lost, with over 30,000 individuals sustaining various injuries. Additionally, more than 2,000 people remain trapped or missing under the rubble of destroyed homes in different areas of the Strip. This alarming situation underscores the devastating human toll of the persistent conflict in the region.
