Watan-A Palestinian citizen appeared in a poignant scene, sending a message filled with anguish due to the tragic conditions in Gaza resulting from the brutal Israeli war.
The citizen, who sought refuge at the border city of Rafah with Egypt, stated that any outcry from a Palestinian citizen would go unheard, including by the Arabs whom he described as Zionized.

“He added, ‘In my entire life, I have never cried. My father passed away without me shedding a tear, but today I cried when the women from my family couldn’t use the bathroom for three days. Their health is deteriorating, and they are elderly.’
He continued, ‘May God be sufficient, and a severe reckoning awaits Arab solidarity, Muslims, and anyone who can alleviate this situation but does nothing.
Continuous War in Gaza
The Israeli war on Gaza has entered its 65th day, amid a steadily rising toll of casualties due to the escalating massacres committed by the occupying army.
Friday marked one of the bloodiest days in the Israeli war on Gaza, with 300 martyrs recorded on that day alone. The total number of martyrs since the beginning of the war has reached around 17,500, while the number of injuries has risen to 46,000, according to the latest announced statistics.
The Israeli war has left dire humanitarian conditions in Gaza, with warnings from international organizations of an imminent humanitarian catastrophe in the region, which has a population exceeding two million people. Currently, they heavily rely on external aid as a primary source of livelihood.
Imminent Humanitarian Catastrophe
The United Nations World Food Programme had warned that the Gaza Strip is on the brink of an imminent humanitarian catastrophe. It emphasized that the resumption of hostilities in Gaza would further intensify the catastrophic hunger crisis already burdening civilians.
In a statement, the organization highlighted that the humanitarian ceasefire, which lasted for seven days and ended in early December, provided a somewhat safe environment for them and their partners to expand the scope of relief operations.
Dire Conditions at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital
In this context, Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders) cautioned that medical supplies and fuel have reached critically low levels at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital due to road closures.
The organization’s emergency coordinator in Gaza, Mari Aurré Perró Rifáel, stated that there are currently 700 patients and casualties in the hospital, which receives between 150 and 200 war-wounded individuals daily since December 1st. This is occurring amidst a shortage of essential materials for their treatment.
They warned that the lack of medicines and fuel would lead to the hospital ceasing to provide life-saving surgeries or intensive care services.
