Watan-The spokesperson for the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Hamas movement, Abu Ubaida, appeared on Sunday for the first time in both audio and visual format since November 23 of the previous year. This marked his first visual appearance in the new year 2024, in a speech broadcasted by the Qatari channel “Al-Jazeera.”

Abu Ubaida, speaking more than 3 months after the Israeli war against Gaza, stated, “We inflicted losses on the enemy, and we continue to impose significant costs exceeding those incurred on October 7, 2023. We targeted and disabled more than 1000 Israeli military vehicles during 100 days in the Palestinian territory.”

Abu Ubaida Reveals the Most Important Industry for Al-Qassam

He revealed that the weapons used by al-Qassam against the occupation are locally manufactured, emphasizing that these industries “and all military machinery were of no use against the dirty American arsenal in the hands of the Zionist mercenaries in the field if it were not for our most important industry.”

Abu Ubaida stressed that al-Qassam’s weapons, which inflicted damage on the occupation, are a local product, pointing out that these industries “and all military machinery were of no use against the dirty American arsenal in the hands of the Zionist mercenaries in the field if it were not for our most important industry.”

He continued, explaining, “And that is the industry of the fighting human… that Palestinian resistant fighter whose will and determination to confront the killers of his ancestors, fathers, violators of his sanctities, and occupiers of his homeland cannot be stopped by any force on the earth.”
