A survey conducted by the “Rasmussen Reports” organization revealed that about two-thirds of American citizens believe that the mental capacities of their 81-year-old President, Joe Biden, are declining.

The survey results disclosed that 59% of the participants adhere to this assessment, particularly agreeing with the statement that Biden is increasingly losing his mental faculties.

The survey indicated that only a third of the participants (33%) disagree with this opinion.

The survey was conducted from January 28th to 30th with 943 adult Americans who expressed their intention to vote in the upcoming presidential elections, with a margin of error of about 3 percentage points.
