Who is Sheikha Moza?

Sheikha Moza bint Nasser Al Missned is the wife of the former Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, and the mother of the current Emir, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani. She chairs the Board of Directors of the Arab Democracy Foundation based in Doha and the Qatar Foundation for Education, Science, and Community Development. Throughout her journey, Sheikha Moza played a pivotal role in bringing tangible changes in the fields of education and society in Qatar and has been the driving force behind several developmental projects at both local and international levels.
