Watan-The Houthi group, affiliated with Iran, announced on Thursday evening the execution of three offensive operations, one of which targeted an American destroyer in the Red Sea, the second targeted the Eilat area, and the third targeted a British ship in the Gulf of Aden, leading to its burning.
According to a statement by the group’s official spokesman Yahya Saree: “In support of the injustice against the Palestinian people and in response to the American-British aggression against our country, the Yemeni armed forces carried out three qualitative military operations.”
Saree added that in the first operation, the group launched “a number of ballistic missiles and drones at various targets of the Zionist enemy in the Umm Al-Rashrash area in southern occupied Palestine.”

Targeting American and British ships Houthi spokesman Yahya Saree also stated that the second attack took place in the Gulf of Aden, where the group targeted a British ship (ISLANDER) with a number of appropriate naval missiles that directly hit it, causing a fire on board.
He continued that the third operation targeted an American destroyer in the Red Sea with a number of drones, highlighting the determination of the group affiliated with Iran to carry out these attacks “for the sake of the Palestinian people and in defense of Yemen against the American-British aggression,” according to the statement’s claim.
As Yahya Saree reiterated what the Houthi group mentions in every statement, “that military operations will not stop until the aggression ceases and the siege is lifted on the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.”
Two days ago, Saree announced the targeting of two American vessels in the Gulf of Aden by the group’s elements, preceded by the targeting of a British ship in the Gulf of Aden and the downing of an American aircraft in Hudaydah.
