Watan-Al Jazeera channel has released exclusive and painful footage of the execution of Israeli soldiers by Palestinian civilians while attempting to return to the northern Gaza Strip in cold blood, as a continuation of the ongoing occupation crimes against civilians since October 7th last year.

The massacre, which has recently come to light, took place on Rashid Street west of Gaza City, and the video showed several civilians walking on the Gaza beach with an Israeli military vehicle seen nearby.

Al Jazeera commented on the massacre, stating that one of the Palestinians approached the Israeli forces raising a surrender signal, receiving “safe passage” – in the Israeli sense – and he continued to advance. At that moment, another young man was seen fleeing away from the Israeli forces.

The scene didn’t end there

Behind a building with a red-tiled roof, the first man disappeared, but the scene wasn’t over yet. The report added that the Israeli soldiers pursued the returning youth with an armored “Namer” vehicle as he raised a white flag, and the tank fired a shell at him, instantly killing him.

A bulldozer arrives at the scene, and next to it appears the body of the first man who had disappeared after reaching the soldiers earlier. A later scene showed the bulldozer lifting the bodies of the Palestinians and burying them in sand and garbage.

The report added that this crime reflects Israel’s obstinacy in preventing Palestinians from returning to their homes, which were usurped by land usurpers. This insistence is a point that the resistance insists on including in any agreement: that people return to their homes safely without facing the bullets of the occupation.

The British newspaper “The Guardian” reported days ago that there are many documented cases showing Israeli soldiers firing at Palestinians without any provocation.

The newspaper quoted Dror Sadot, a spokesman for B’Tselem, as saying: “Such cases happen regularly, but no one hears about them.”

He added: “The Israeli army will say it is opening an investigation. This investigation will continue for years, perhaps without any media coverage, and then it will be covered up. Less than 1% of any investigations into the Israeli army’s excessive use of force against Palestinians end in charges being filed.”
