Watan-The Israeli occupation army destroyed ambulances inside the besieged Gaza Strip, which were donated by the Sultanate of Oman to the Palestinian people as part of Omani aid provided to the people of Gaza.
According to images circulating on the “X” platform, Omani ambulances appeared completely destroyed, as they were targeted by the aggression of the occupation’s aircraft.
The affiliation of these ambulances to the Sultanate of Oman was evident from the phrases written on them, which were clear despite the destruction of the vehicles, including the phrase “From the Omani people to the Palestinian people.”
These images caused a widespread anger among Omanis on social media platforms in the Sultanate, who condemned the brutality of the occupation and its barbarism, denouncing its targeting even of ambulances that transport civilian casualties.

In this context, one activist wrote: “They are killing the dearest thing in Palestine, which is the human being, so how about ambulances. We rely on God and He is the best protector.”

Another wrote, condemning: “A mentally disturbed entity, they have no humanity!”
Since the beginning of the ferocious aggression on the Gaza Strip last October, the Sultanate of Oman has sent many donations to the besieged people of the strip, who suffer from hunger and disease due to the prevention of most of these aids from entering by most countries, as they stand at the Rafah crossing, and their entry is prevented for several reasons in collusion with the Egyptian regime.
In early April, UNICEF expressed sincere appreciation to the Sultanate of Oman for its generous donation of one million dollars to help children in the Gaza Strip, noting that this important donation highlights the Sultanate’s steadfast dedication and its stance on the Palestinian issue.
Negotiations for a ceasefire between Hamas and the Israeli occupation, mediated by Qatar, have stumbled, and to this day, no agreement has been reached, while the brutal occupation continues to bomb civilians and carry out massacres in the besieged Palestinian territory.
