Abu Ubaida Resurfaces with Insights: Surprises and Key Messages from Al-Qassam

Abu Ubaida stated that the Israeli occupation continues to suffer painful blows in Gaza, the latest being in the heart of Jerusalem and various parts of the West Bank.

The spokesperson for the al-Qassam Brigades added that the Palestinian resistance “carried out a large number of qualitative operations, including attacking infantry forces, sniping, and detonating mines.” He pointed out that what the Israeli ground aggression achieves is only destruction and indiscriminate killing.

Significant Losses for the Israeli Occupation Forces in Gaza

Abu Ubaida also spoke about additional losses suffered by the Israeli occupation forces in Gaza, stating the following:

• We attacked infantry forces entrenched in buildings with anti-personnel shells, engaging them at point-blank range.
• Our fighters targeted Zionist vehicles with Yassin 105, Tandem rockets, and explosive devices.
• Our fighters managed to completely or partially destroy 180 vehicles within 10 days.
• The Zionist Nazi enemy continues its brutal aggression against our people and seeks revenge against civilians.

Regarding Prisoners and the Temporary Ceasefire

The spokesperson for the al-Qassam Brigades, Abu Ubaida, addressed the issue of prisoners, emphasizing that “no one from the enemy’s prisoners or detainees will be released except through the conditional exchange that we announced at the beginning of the battle.”

Abu Ubaida continued, stating, “Neither the Zionist enemy nor its supporters can take their captives alive without exchange and compliance with the conditions set by the resistance and the al-Qassam Brigades.”

He also clarified that “the temporary ceasefire has demonstrated the credibility of the Palestinian resistance, and no one from the enemy’s prisoners has or will be released except on the terms set by the al-Qassam Brigades.”

Regarding the options available to the al-Qassam Brigades after this period of the Israeli brutal war, the spokesperson, Abu Ubaida, affirmed, “We have no choice but to fight to confront the massacre carried out by the enemy with the aim of breaking the will of our people.”

He added, “The enemy has failed in the battlefronts, and it will continue to fail as long as its aggression persists and its disappointments deepen.”

He further stated, “Our fighters have confronted the enemy forces stationed in the battlefronts prior to the ceasefire ending or those infiltrating into new areas.”

On Sunday, the Israeli army intensified its shelling of Gaza on the 65th day of its aggression, especially in the southern regions.

The al-Qassam Brigades and resistance elements are resisting the Israeli ground incursions, engaging in fierce battles in several fronts, notably in Khan Yunis, Gaza City, and Jabalia.
